Last updated: March 2026

Acceptance

By using Arcolia, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. These terms apply to all users, including early access and beta users.

What Arcolia is

Arcolia is a personal health documentation tool — not a medical device, diagnostic service, or substitute for professional medical advice. The information you store in Arcolia is for your own organizational use and should never replace communication with qualified healthcare providers.

Your account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You may use Arcolia to manage health information for minors in your care.
  • One account per person. Do not share accounts.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Arcolia for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to access other users' data.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
  • Store information about individuals without their consent (except minors in your care).

Limitation of liability

Arcolia is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or completeness of AI-generated summaries. We are not liable for any harm arising from use or inability to use the service, including medical decisions made based on information in Arcolia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify users by email of material changes. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
